As things were starting to unlock after the first wave of the Covid-19 pandemic, one of our cardboard suppliers asked for urgent help. One of their blue-chip customers had experienced a huge spike in online sales and needed stock repacking from packs of 12 to singles.
Pulling out all the stops, and with a lot of hard work from our colleagues, within 24 hours of the call we were repacking stock for them and redistributing it to their warehouse.
While the spike only lasted for a few weeks we were able to provide a much needed solution to their problem and since that call we have struck up a partnership offering support to any of their customers’ packing needs.
