A well established company in the USA wanted to break into the UK market but with no experience in our market they wanted to find a local partner.
Novus were recommended by a mutual acquaintance and within a few days we teamed up with them to receive a first lorry load of returns from Argos. The stock was all consumer returns and needed sorting, cataloguing via an online portal and reboxing.
